By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking Confirmation
All reservations at Tongapuku Guest House are subject to availability and are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
A booking is not guaranteed until payment is completed and a confirmation has been issued.
2. Payment Policy
Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.
Payment must be made by the due date stated on the invoice or booking request.
Failure to make payment in full may result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation without notice.
3. Rates & Charges
All rates are quoted in the applicable currency unless otherwise stated.
Rates are based on the selected room type, dates, and number of guests.
Additional charges may apply for extra guests, optional services, or special requests.
4. Cancellations & Amendments
Cancellation and amendment policies will be advised at the time of booking or outlined in your booking confirmation.
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the stated cancellation terms.
Guests may cancel their booking free of charge within 48 hours of making the reservation, provided the cancellation is made in writing and more than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made outside of this free cancellation period will incur a 30% charge of the total booking amount in accordance with our cancellation terms.

5. No-Shows & Early Departures
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the full booking amount may be forfeited.
No refunds are provided for early departures or unused nights.
6. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: From 2:00pm
Check-out: By 11:00am
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.
7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the property, facilities, staff, and other guests. We strive to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests. As such, we request that guests respect our property and other visitors.
Unlawful behavior, excessive noise, excessive cleaning or damage to property will not be tolerated and will likely result in immediate eviction without a refund.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Tongapuku Guest House reserves the right to refuse or terminate accommodation if house rules or terms are breached
9. Liability
Tongapuku Guest House is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury incurred during your stay, except where such liability is imposed by law. We recommend that guests secure appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events..
10. Amendments
Tongapuku Guest House reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
